I provide individual therapy to adolescents and young adults facing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, identity development, ADHD and other learning differences, physical/athletic injury, racism, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions.
I use a relational and eclectic approach to my work, drawing on elements of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, among other modalities. Above all, I aim to co-create a therapeutic, engaging space with my clients, often meaning we bring art, athletics, or even my dog into session!
